Locally made cocoa from the beans. Plucked out from the pea pod
Wash beans out with water
Placed out to drying sun
Roast beans & remove skin
Pound & roll beans into sticks then put to cool

Savanne Paille, Calibishie

Savanne Paille, is a ridge in the Village of Calibishie.  It is on the outskirts of Calibishie Village, on your way down to Portsmouth its he the ridge before last in the village.  It over looks the Caribbean Sea, it also has an outstanding View of the village and our lovely tourist attraction:
